** What You Will Do
*** Lead, coach, and develop a team of HR and Senior HR Business Partners supporting manufacturing leaders
* Partner with managers and directors on employee relations, retention, performance management, and workforce planning
* Drive change management initiatives aligned with business and site strategy
* Act as a trusted advisor on HR policies, compliance, and risk mitigation
* Collaborate with HR Centers of Excellence to deliver solutions across talent, compensation, and organizational development
* Lead complex employee relations matters and escalated disputes
* Use data and HR metrics to identify trends and recommend actionable solutions
* Champion an engaged, high-performing, and compliant work environment
** What You Need
*** 10+ years of progressive HR experience, including senior HR leadership in a manufacturing environment
* Proven people leadership and direct supervisory experience
* Fluency in Polish and English
* Master’s degree
* Strong HR generalist background supporting complex, fast-changing organizations
* Experience partnering with senior leaders and Centers of Excellence
* Experience in change processes in complex systems
