Location: Town of Poland
- Provide operational support to employees, managers and HR teams within the Learning & Development area.
- Organize and coordinate classroom trainings, webinars and online learning sessions, covering the full lifecycle: promotion, communication, logistics and participant coordination.
- Keep training records up to date in the HR system and prepare regular reports.
- Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders as well as external training vendors.
- Review invoices and manage purchase orders related to training activities.
- Contribute to additional HR-related projects and initiatives as needed.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education in HR, business administration or a related field.
- Strong interest and motivation to develop a career within Human Resources.
- Confidence in working with HR tools, systems and MS Office; advanced Excel skills will be a plus.
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize effectively in a dynamic environment.
- Customer-oriented mindset with a focus on service quality.
- Team player with the ability to work collaboratively across functions.
- Very good written and spoken communication skills in German and English
