MICE Sales Specialist

• Cooperation with business clients to meet their needs and expectations related to the organization of business meetings.
• Developing commercial offers, contracts, and cooperation terms intended for the MICE segment (Meeting, Incentive, Conference, Events).
• Implementation of sales plans and active search for new clients and business partners.
• Coordination of activities related to the organization of MICE events and support in their execution.
• Maintaining constant contact with clients and building long-term business relationships.
• Monitoring the market and competitors' activities as well as analyzing trends.
• Reporting sales results and analyzing the effectiveness of marketing and sales activities.

• Desire to develop in the sales department.
• Experience in a similar position in the hotel industry is welcome.
• Sales and negotiation skills.
• Communication skills and ability to establish business relationships.
• Ability to solve problems independently.
• Good knowledge of English.
