• Lead and develop a high-performing team, fostering a culture of excellence, innovation, and continuous improvement
• Develop and execute strategic commercial plans that drive market share growth and maximize product potential across drug programs

** About you*
* • Master's degree in Business, Marketing, Life Sciences, or related field
• Proven experience in leadership roles within the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry
• Demonstrated success in developing and implementing omnichannel marketing strategies and KOL engagement programs
• Strong leadership abilities with experience managing and developing high-performing teams
• Strategic thinking and business acumen with the ability to translate insights into actionable plans
• Specialized knowledge of drug program operations in Poland, particularly in dermatology, allergology, otolaryngology, and pulmonology
• Fluent in both Polish and English, with excellent communication and presentation skills
