Clinical Application Specialist Ultrasound
We are seeking a Clinical Application Specialist – Ultrasound (Cardiology) to support cardiology ultrasound solutions across Poland. In this role, you will work closely with cardiologists, echocardiographers, and clinical staff to deliver system demonstrations, provide advanced clinical training, and support successful adoption of cardiac ultrasound technologies. Working in close partnership with Sales, Service, and Education teams, the CAS ensures strong clinical adoption, optimized workflows, and customer satisfaction while supporting commercial objectives.
YourRole
- Demonstrating Philips Ultrasound systems at customer sites, events and seminars, to help customers understand the advantages of Philips Ultrasound equipment and solutions in their daily operation and workflows.
- Deliver advanced echocardiography demonstrations, including TTE, TEE, and Stress Echo (as applicable); demonstrate advanced cardiology tools such as strain imaging, 3D/4D Echo, quantification packages, and AI‑assisted workflows.
- Provide clinical guidance on protocol optimization, image quality, and exam efficiency.
- Perform after‑sales installation training and education, to maximize customer awareness and understanding of their Philips Ultrasound systems.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by timely responding to all customer requests.
- Work closely with the KAM’s and Partners on lead generation by understanding the customer needs to maximize sales and customer satisfaction.
- Develop and execute educational programs for the customers, maximizing the users' knowledge with respect to clinical applications.
- Educate sales force of direct organization and indirect channel partners to upgrade their knowledge / skills related to Philips ultrasound products and competitive products.
- Build and maintain proper relations with respective KOLs and customers.
- Cooperate with product management for feedback on products; provide customer feedback using the Philips customer feedback process.
- Bachelor’s degree in the technical or medical field.
- Clinical Ultrasound background or previous experience as an Ultrasound Clinical Application Specialist is highly preferred.
- High confidence presenting to cardiologists and echo lab leadership.
- Strong understanding of advanced echo applications and quantitative analysis.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Fluent in Polish and English languages, both verbal and written.
- Willingness to travel extensively.
