The Finance team keeps Revolut moving with clarity and confidence. From accounting to strategic support, they work across the business to assess risk, guide decisions, and drive growth. Their insight shapes everything from daily operations to long‑term plans and plays a key role in how we scale.

We’re looking for a Head of Finance & Strategy (Modelling) to provide strategic insights to senior management and regulatory bodies. You'll lead cross‑functional governance and process optimisation to ensure data integrity and compliance across financial operations.

• Overseeing and developing comprehensive financial forecasts, and presenting to senior management
• Directing the design, build, and maintenance of robust, auditable, and flexible financial models, incorporating best‑practice methodologies
• Ensuring data integrity and structuring to facilitate advanced analysis, stress testing, and real‑time scenario planning
• Synthesising complex financial data into clear, actionable insights for senior management and external stakeholders
• Leading the creation of presentation materials and verbal explanations for senior management, translating forecasts into strategic implications
• Establishing and maintaining genuine working relationships and governance frameworks with critical functions
• Continuously improving FP&A processes, leveraging technology to enhance accuracy, efficiency, robustness, and alignment with control requirements

• A structured and logical approach to problem‑solving
• 7+ years of experience in financial modelling/analysis, data analysis, or data transformation
• A 1:1 or 2:1 degree from a top‑tier university
• Experience designing and building multiple large financial models
• Exceptional attention to detail
• High motivation to learn new skills
• A solid understanding of EU banking regulations

• Experience in bank or Infrastructure modelling
• Knowledge of banking regulations, including capital, liquidity, etc.
• A finance or accounting professional qualification (CFA, ACA, etc.)
• Experience with SQL
