You will play a key roles in EMEA Tax across the following areas:
* Tax Compliance & Reporting
** Oversee preparation and review of corporate tax returns for UK, Ireland, and international entities.
* Ensure timely and accurate filing of corporation tax, Pillar2, CBCR ,Transfer Pricing and other relevant direct tax submissions.
* Drive automation and process improvements in tax compliance.

Tax Strategy & Advisory
* Advise on tax implications of business transactions supporting and enabling the business on a day to day basis.
* Support implementation of global tax strategy, including Pillar 2 and transfer pricing compliance.
* Monitor legislative changes and assess impact on the group.
* Risk Management & Governance
** Maintain robust tax risk management framework and internal controls.
* Liaise with tax authorities and manage audits and queries.
* Ensure compliance with global reporting obligations (e.g., Country-by-Country Reporting).
* Stakeholder Engagement
** Partner with Accounting, Finance, Legal, Global Tax and Commercial teams on tax matters.
* Provide clear communication of tax issues to leadership. and stakeholders

Essential Requirements
* Professional qualification (CTA, AITI, or equivalent).
* Minimum 8+ years’ experience in corporate tax, with exposure to international tax matters.
* Strong technical knowledge of UK and Irish corporate tax; experience with IFRS tax accounting.
* Proven ability to manage complex projects and lead cross-functional teams.
* Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
