• 4+ years of experience in loan processing, preferably with experience in handling complex loan applications
• Broker-side experience in the lending end-to-end process
• Proficiency in using loan processing software (e.g., Infinity, Hub Spot) and online application platforms (e.g., AOL)
• Recent or current experience in the AU Mortgage industry
• Ability to work with the Zoom camera open during shift

Outsourced Pro Global Ltd is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Loan Associate - Para broker to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of four years of experience in Australian mortgage loan processing and a deep understanding of the mortgage industry.

The role requires a highly motivated individual with a proven track record of success in the mortgage industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving loan processing efficiency and ensuring customer satisfaction.

• Loan Processing: Manage a high volume of loan applications from start to finish, ensuring adherence to compliance and regulatory requirements.
• Missing Information Reports (MIR): Efficiently identify and request missing documentation from borrowers, maintaining timely loan progression.
• Borrowing Capacity (BC) Processing: Accurately assess borrower's borrowing capacity based on financial information and lender guidelines.
• Loan Analysis: Conduct comprehensive loan analysis to determine loan eligibility and structure.
• System Proficiency: Demonstrate proficiency in Hub Spot and Infinity to manage customer data and loan information effectively.
• Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with brokers and clients, providing exceptional customer service.

• Compliance Adherence: Stay updated on industry regulations and ensure compliance with all relevant laws and policies.

• In-depth knowledge of common banking jargon and home loan process
• Knowledge of Borrowing Capacity and lender policy
• Technical know-how on documentation requirements in housing loans
• Accurate and efficient in data entries
• Coordination skills in dealing with Bank lenders on housing loan processing
• A plus if with experience in working with Infinity, and Hub Spot
• Proven experience in customer service
• Willingness to undergo and pass background check as a condition of employment (consent form will be provided to shortlisted candidates)
