Our team is responsible for creation, maintenance and control of intercompany contracts, ensuring accurate and compliant internal cost allocation and settlement of services within the Mercedes-Benz Group. It ensures a legally compliant, transparent and efficient contract and invoicing process, and acts as the central point of contact for national and international stakeholders.
These are your tasks:- Creation and amendment of Service Agreements for various departments and international subsidiaries.
- Responsibility for contractual processing, considering country-specific requirements and internal group guidelines.
- 1st-level support (English) for worldwide Mercedes-Benz group companies regarding contract content, processes, and legal requirements.
- Regular coordination with departments, Tax, Legal, Governance, Contract Management, and international service partners.
- Ensuring a smooth end-to-end contract process, including monitoring deadlines, status updates, escalation management, and reporting.
- Coordination with foreign back offices on the Philippines and execution of quality gates.
- Creation of invoicing instructions, credit notes, and execution of internal group settlements.
- Preparation of transfer pricing reports and monthly/annual reports based on contract portfolios and planning data.
- Training, consulting, and support for stakeholders, business partners, and service providers on contract and process-relevant topics.
- Hybrid work model – 3 days per week in the office, 2 days remote
