Financial Analyst

We are looking for a highly skilled and detail-oriented finance professional with at least 7 years of experience in accounting or finance roles within startups or tech environments. You will be responsible for managing financial operations, ensuring compliance, and supporting internal and external reporting processes.

• Oversee day-to-day accounting operations including AP, AR, payroll, and general ledger maintenance
• Prepare and manage monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
• Coordinate and support financial audits and liaise with external auditors
• Perform bank reconciliations and ensure timely and accurate bookkeeping
• Monitor budgets, track expenditures, and assist in financial forecasting
• Ensure compliance with local laws, accounting standards, and internal controls
• Communicate effectively with vendors, accountants, auditors, and company leadership
• Maintain and handle confidential financial information with discretion

• 7+ years of experience in accounting or finance, preferably in startups or tech companies
• Experience working with or managing an audit team (preferred)
• Proficiency in Quick Books, G Suite, and Microsoft Excel (advanced level preferred)
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
• Ability to multitask and work independently in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency with financial audits, budget tracking, and bank reconciliations
• Experience with Start-Ups is a strong advantage
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Fluent in English (written and spoken)
