• Oversee financial operations and reporting across multiple geographies
• Collaborate with management, accountants, auditors, and vendors to ensure seamless financial processes
• Manage and monitor budgets, perform bank reconciliations, and support financial audits
• Maintain accurate records and reports in Quick Books and ensure compliance with relevant regulations
• Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
• Contribute to multiple projects with enthusiasm and adaptability
• Supporting HR tasks

• Certified Public Accountant (CPA)
• Proven experience (7+ years) in a finance or accounting role with startups, equity ventures or venture capitals; auditing team experience is an advantage
• Proficiency in Quick Books, Xero and Microsoft Excel
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to multitask
• Self‑starter with the ability to work independently and manage tasks proactively
• Enthusiasm for working with diverse projects and collaborating across teams
• Full proficiency in English (spoken and written)
• Experience working with a start‑up is a major advantage
