This position is opening as we strengthen our financial processes and prepare for the implementation of a new ERP system—an exciting transformation phase where your expertise will truly make a difference.

Getting a Flying Start

As our Financial Controller & IT Key User
, you will play a central role in safeguarding the financial performance of the plant while enabling operational excellence. You will ensure accurate P&L analysis, strong balance sheet integrity, and robust cost management. At the same time, you will be a key contributor to our digital journey, supporting users and guiding the successful deployment of our new ERP. Your impact will be felt across the site as you provide clarity, structure, and actionable insights that support strategic decisions.

How You Make an Impact

• Analyze plant and business P&L results and ensure effective follow‑up on fixed costs.
• Monitor and improve working capital performance together with local management.
• Ensure accuracy of balance sheet accounts, tax packages, and statutory reporting.
• Coordinate annual budget preparation and monthly forecasts, ensuring consistency and reliability.
• Lead monthly closing processes, controlling accruals, product costing, and financial KPIs.
• Act as ERP Key User
  , supporting end‑users, analyzing process needs, and ensuring successful system implementation.

Your Starting Point When You Join

• Strong experience in controlling with solid understanding of P&L, balance sheet, and cost analysis.
• Hands‑on approach with proven ability to partner with operations (production, supply chain, technical).
• Good understanding of warehouse and inventory processes

• Strong interest in information systems and motivation to be an ERP key user.
• Autonomous working style with excellent communication and synthesis skills.
• Fluent in English or French (mandatory).
