The VIP Junior Specialist role is to offer support for our VIP customers, find the best solution to solve their issues, and build exceptional relationships with VIP customers. The role follows the activity of VIP players and works with the VIP Manager to improve, rise, and extend activity by giving bonuses, proposing personalized campaigns, and gifting where appropriate.
What you’ll be doing:
- Contacting clients suggested by VIP Manager and informing them that they have been selected by the VIP project;
- Responding to every request from customers;
- Handling VIP customer complaints in a patient and efficient manner;
- Providing accurate information and solutions to customer queries;
- Contacting VIP customers through the company’s communication channels;
- Identifying customer needs, concerns, and questions;
- Promoting Super Technologies services and image (campaigns, new games, etc.);
- Building professional relationships with customers;
- Giving manually retention bonuses, VIP campaigns bonuses and informing clients about these bonuses;
- Working in a team and helping colleagues (contacting, offering bonuses to clients of other colleagues when necessary);
- Reporting technical issues that customers encounter to superiors or competent departments.
We are looking for someone who:
- Is native Polish speaker with English at a basic level;
- Has strong written conversational skills;
- Has the ability to interact with many different types of people, externally with customers and internally with the company team and departments;
- Is friendly, empathetic, motivated and with good energy;
- Is a team player.
Salary range: 65,000 PLN – 80,000 PLN gross yearly
(final offer depending on experience and competencies)
