- Experience in the iGaming industry for 1 year or more.
- Monitor Game Presenters to ensure adherence to company procedures, rules, and quality standards.
- Prepare detailed reports on individual and team performance, providing constructive feedback to support improvement.
- Identify issues or inconsistencies in the Presenters' work and guide them in addressing and overcoming challenges.
- Ensure Game Presenters maintain a polished and professional appearance in line with company standards.
