Product Manager

• Application :

• Technical Test :
  After an introductory call with Safety Radar's recruiting team, qualified candidates will be emailed a technical test prompt to showcase proficiency in completing product management deliverables.
• Review :
  Candidates who complete the technical test will be scheduled for a video call to present their results and interview with the Safety Radar leadership team.

• Manage the product implementation function providing support directly to clients while executing their technical needs using our technology
• Develop and implement AI-powered risk assessment tools, collaborate with clients, and provide ongoing support to ensure accurate and actionable safety insights

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Engineering, Business) or related fields
• Experience in implementing technical solutions, customer success, or similar roles, preferably in AI or risk management solutions
• Proficiency with SQL and Power BI for data analysis and reporting
• Experience working with Large Language Models (e.g., GPT, Claude, Gemini)
• Strong communication skills and experience working directly with clients to deliver custom solutions
• Project management certification (e.g., PMP, Agile, Scrum) is a plus, but not required
• Strong problem‑solving skills and the ability to translate customer needs into technical solutions
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
• Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across teams
• Proficiency in using work management platforms like Slack, Airtable, and Linear

This role operates in an office environment with a work‑from‑home element in our hybrid schedule. In the performance of the duties and responsibilities of this job, you will be required to view a computer terminal for prolonged periods of time and may involve travel to client offices and locations from time to time on an as‑needed basis.

Compensation Range : $75,000-$100,000 base salary plus stock options. Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors and may vary from the amount listed.
