• EU citizenship is a must
  (due to project mobility requirements).
• Ideally
  based in Denmark
  or
  close to Szczecin, Poland
  for easy access to our offices and project sites.
• Proven experience in
  project management
  within wind energy (blade service experience is a big plus).
• Strong knowledge of
  HSE standards
  and quality processes.
• Advanced English skills and ability to thrive in an international environment.
• Tech-savvy: MS Office, MS Project; GWO BST certification is a bonus.
• Leadership mindset: decisive, collaborative, and solution-oriented.
