The Service Engineer will be responsible for providing after-sales technical service and support for our solar inverter products for residential solar customers in Poland
. This role focuses on hands-on troubleshooting, maintenance, and technical support, working closely with distributors, installers, and internal teams across the Polish market.
- Provide hands-on technical service and after-sales support for residential solar inverters in the Polish market, with readiness to support residential energy storage systems as the product portfolio expands.
- Perform troubleshooting, diagnostics, maintenance, and repair of solar inverters and related systems, both remotely and on-site when required.
- Deliver technical support to distributors, installers, and partners, and assist in resolving inverter-related technical issues efficiently.
- Diagnose faults, analyze system performance, and ensure the safe and reliable operation of solar inverters through corrective and preventive maintenance.
- Support distributors and installers with installation, commissioning, operation, and maintenance guidance for solar inverters.
- Conduct technical training sessions for installers and partners on inverter installation, operation, and basic troubleshooting.
- Document service activities and prepare service reports
, providing technical feedback and insights from the field to internal teams. - Support quality assurance by identifying recurring issues, product improvement opportunities, and best practices.
- Work closely with sales, product development, logistics, and supply chain teams to support customer needs, spare parts availability, and replacement units.
- Travel within Poland as required to support customers and partners.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience servicing solar inverters and residential PV systems.
- Strong practical knowledge of solar inverters, residential PV systems
, and related technologies. - Experience providing technical support to distributors, installers, or end customers in the Polish market.
- Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently
, manage multiple service tasks, and operate in a remote or field-based environment. - Willingness to travel within Poland.
- Experience with residential energy storage systems is a significant advantage.
