Your responsibilities- Project and Programme Leadership:
Own end-to-end delivery of multiple concurrent facility development and production transfer projects, ensuring scope, schedule, capacity, and budget are met. - Stakeholder Management:
Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, including engineering teams, suppliers, and executive leadership. - Planning & Execution:
Develop detailed project plans, resource allocations, risk assessments, and mitigation strategies. - Prioritisation & Decision Making:
Navigate conflicting priorities across projects, making informed decisions to maintain momentum and quality. - Reporting & Communication:
Deliver clear, concise updates on project and programme status, risks, and dependencies to leadership and cross-functional teams.
- Proven delivery of large-scale production ramp‑ups (≥5–10×) in discrete manufacturing or similar complex environments.
- Hands‑on experience in facilities redevelopment & production transfers (commissioning, validation, phased move/launch).
- Strong understanding of operational environments and production priorities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, in Polish and English.
- Strong LEAN manufacturing expertise: one‑piece flow, takt time, line balancing, Heijunka, visual management.
- Knowledge of Polish Building Law, PN/PN-EN standards, and permitting processes
- Familiarity with OHS regulations and workplace standards in Poland.
- Advanced programme control skills (schedule, budget, risk).
- Competency in the following tools: MS Project, Power BI, Planner, Power Automate, SAP.

- We are looking for a highly skilled and accountable Program Manager to lead a complex, multi‑site programme encompassing facility redevelopment, implementation of LEAN one‑piece flow, the transfer of existing production to new locations, and a major production ramp‑up within an accelerated timeline.
- In this role, you will serve as the single point of integration between workstream Project Managers and the Programme Director
-ensuring cohesive management of scope, schedule, cost, capacity, risk and change across the entire portfolio. Your leadership will be critical in delivering target capacity on time at every site. - This position is ideal for a strategic, forward‑thinking leader who excels in navigating ambiguity, aligning diverse teams and driving high‑impact operational transformation.
