A candidate for the position of research and teaching assistant professor may apply provided that they meet the requirements specified in the Act of 20 July 2018 – Law on Higher Education and Science (Journal of Laws 2018, item 1668, Articles 113 and 116(2)(3)), as well as the Statutes of Kazimierz Wielki University in Bydgoszcz
, and additionally fulfill the following requirements:

• the candidate applying for the competition must hold at least a doctoral degree (PhD) in mechanical engineering or a related discipline within the field of engineering and technical sciences,
• the candidate must demonstrate a publication record confirming their competencies in the discipline of mechanical engineering,
• the candidate must have teaching experience
  ,
• the candidate should have a command of the Polish language at a level enabling the conduct of teaching activities.

Skills/Qualifications

• The candidate applying for the competition must hold at least a doctoral degree (PhD) in mechanical engineering or a related discipline within the field of engineering and technical sciences,
• The candidate must demonstrate a publication record confirming their competencies in the discipline of mechanical engineering,
• The candidate must have teaching experience
  ,
• The candidate should have a command of the Polish language at a level enabling the conduct of teaching activities.

A candidate for the position of research and teaching assistant professor should:

• possess knowledge, skills, and experience in teaching courses in the field of mechatronics, robotics, and mechatronic design
  ,
• have documented professional experience in industry
  , particularly in the implementation of new technical solutions and technology transfer to industrial practice
  ,
• have several years of professional experience in a technical position at an industrial manufacturing plant producing medical devices
  , and be familiar with production practices applied in companies operating in the medical sector
  ,
• be the author or co-author of research or research and development (R&D)
  projects carried out in cooperation with industry or within an academic environment, with particular emphasis on applied and implementation-oriented projects
  ,
• have a scientific output in mechanical engineering
  .

• All documents should be prepared or translated into Polish.
• Documents confirming obtaining a professional title, academic degree, academic title or equivalent, obtained abroad, should meet the equivalence requirements specified in art. 326, art. 327 or article. 328 of the Act on Higher Education and Science of 20.07.2018
• Documents submitted after the submission deadline will not be considered.
• Documents should be submitted to the secretariat in person or by an authorized person.
• On the basis of the documents provided, the selection board will make a selection in accordance with the regulations in force at the university.
• The Faculty of Computer Science reserves the right to cancel the competition without giving any reason.
• Winning the competition does not guarantee employment
