Skawina’s engine cooling plant is the largest and oldest Valeo site in Poland. The plant designs and manufactures the latest generation of innovative heat exchangers, i.e., engine coolers, oil coolers, air turbocharger coolers, air-conditioning and complete engine cooling systems (cooling modules), which in addition to their basic functions allow to reduce fuel consumption and emissions of harmful substances including carbon dioxide.

* Core Responsibilities:

* **** Maintenance:
**** Execute preventive maintenance (PM) plans and perform emergency repairs on machines and devices
* **** Standardization:
**** Create/update work instructions (e-Work Station, PM+) and define inventory standards for spare parts
* **** Documentation:
**** Manage equipment/tooling documentation and maintain records according to current instructions
* **** Training:
**** Perform On-the-Job Training (OJT) for production teams on maintenance tasks and safety standards
* **** Safety:
**** Ensure full compliance with Group Health & Safety directives for all installations### ###
**** Requirements:****

* Education:

**** University degree in Technical Field (Electrical Engineering, Automation, or Robotics)
* **** PLC Programming:
**** Proven experience in operating and programming PLC systems and operator panels
* **** Technical Knowledge:
**** Proficiency in PID controllers, sensors, vision systems, and reading technical documentation
* **** Electrical:
**** Valid SEP entitlements (at least 1kV)
* ***
* Languages:

**** Communicative English for technical documentation and reporting
* **** Availability:
**** Ready to work in a 2-shift system###
**** Nice to Have:
***** Experience with
** Allen Bradley** (SLC 500, Control/Compact Logix) or
** Siemens** (S7) controllers and drives
* Knowledge of
** ABB
