Your mission

Location: Stargard, Poland (Open to candidates from across Poland willing to work on-site in Stargard during the initial project phase.)

The purpose of this position is to comprehensively manage industrialization projects, including the development of production lines, new product implementation (NPI), and digitization initiatives at our manufacturing plant in Stargard.

You will be responsible for coordinating interdisciplinary teams from the planning phase to full series production, ensuring timely implementation of investments, cost optimization, and meeting quality and budget requirements.

Key responsibilities
  • Project Planning & Design:
    Optimizing and upgrading existing production lines, including defining technical specifications (layout, utilities, HSE) and creating Master Plans (logistics, installation, ramp-up).
  • Investment Management (CAPEX):
    Preparing feasibility studies and business cases, managing budgets, and securing approvals from local and global stakeholders.
  • Execution & Coordination:
    Leading cross-functional teams (Engineering, Maintenance, Quality) and supervising external contractors during installation and commissioning (FAT/SAT).
  • Risk & Change Management:
    Conducting risk assessments, implementing mitigation plans, and managing project scope changes to ensure delivery on time and within budget.
  • Operational Stabilization:
    Validating processes, monitoring KPIs (OEE, quality) during the ramp-up phase, and conducting "Lessons Learned" sessions.
  • Standardization & Reporting:
    Developing technical project standards, reporting results to management, and driving continuous improvement in production engineering.
What we are looking for
  • Technical University Degree (Engineering or related field).
  • Proven track record in managing industrialization projects, New Product Implementation (NPI) and introducing new production processes within a manufacturing environment.
  • Strong knowledge of Project Management principles and Lean Manufacturing tools.
  • Understanding of production processes, quality tools (e.g. FMEA) and the principles of hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
  • Fluency in English (both written and spoken) is essential for collaboration with global stakeholders.
  • IT Literacy:
    Proficiency in Google Workspace and MS Office.
  • Highly developed analytical skills with a focus on precision and reliability.
  • Excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills with a commitment to transparency in communication and action.
  • Ability to remain resilient and effective when working under tight deadlines and pressure.
  • Exceptional organizational abilities with a proactive approach and a mindset geared toward continuous improvement.
  • Willingness to travel frequently for business purposes.
