• Develop, engineer, and optimise utility‑scale BESS solutions tailored to customer needs

• Collaborate with commercial teams to craft assured, successful technical responses to proposals

• Lead technical presentations and provide expert insight during negotiations

• Evaluate RFPs and scope project risks with focused, solution‑based thinking

• Stay ahead of market trends, competitor offerings, and regulatory shifts across Europe

• Qualified with a degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Energy Engineering

• Over 5 years’ experience in BESS design, especially in large‑scale (>5MW), AC/DC, PCS/inverter‑based systems

• Deep knowledge of Lithium‑Ion (LFP) technology, grid connections (MV/HV), and control systems like PPC/EMS/SCADA

• Experienced working with DNOs, TSOs, or grid operators and familiar with relevant European standards
