Mercedes-Benz Vans is a successful manufacturer of premium light commercial vehicles (LCV) for customers and markets worldwide. Our purpose is “to move transportation to the next level” and to define the LCV business of the future: focused on sustainability, connectivity and digital solutions. We have decided to expand our battery‑electric as well as combustion version LCV production capacity in Mercedes‑Benz in Jawor.

We are now looking for highly‑motivated employees, who would like to shape the future of mobility together with us!

• Work in the area of strategic spatial and infrastructure planning.
• Plan and execute new construction and conversions of production halls and buildings across all architectural and engineering phases as part of a team with other specialized planners:
  • Project management.
  • Prepare tender documentation and obtain bids for the building trade.
  • Perform oversight of contracted suppliers and service providers.
  • Ensure targets are met with respect to budget and deadlines.
  • Perform acceptance services and work performed.

• University degree in engineering with focus on civil engineering, environmental or electrical engineering
• Several years of experience planning or executing construction projects
• Advanced skills in project management and factory planning
• Basic knowledge of business administration
• Advanced MS Office skills (PowerPoint, Excel, Word)
• IT skills in CAD using FAPLIS and Cplace
• Languages:
  
  fluent Polish, English and wherever applicable German
• Negotiation skills and ability to work on a team
• High social and communicative skills for dealing with internal and external partners
