Looking for a field role with autonomy, good earning potential, and the chance to spend time working in Europe? This position covers high-uptime A/C systems for telecom sites, data networks, and remote infrastructure across the North.
You’ll cover the Leeds-Liverpool corridor day-to-day, with a fixed two-weeks-in-France rotation every six weeks. All accommodation, travel, and logistics are handled for you.
What you’ll get- £45–50K base (10-hour day incl. travel)

You’ll be looking after VRV/VRF and split A/C systems across telecom cabins, broadcast hubs, and light infrastructure sites, with a mix that leans heavily toward diagnostics and reactive work. There’s some planned maintenance in the mix and occasional exposure to chillers, though this isn’t a chiller-focused role. When you’re not in France, you’ll also take part in the UK on-call rota, supporting unmanned sites with tight SLAs.
What you’ll need- F-Gas
- Good VRV/VRF diagnostics skills
- Commercial or telecoms A/C background
- Full UK driving licence
- Comfortable working solo and managing a varied workload
- Happy to commit to the fixed France rotation and handle UK callouts when home
