Location: Town of Poland

We are looking for an experienced Plant Director to lead our Polish operations. This is a unique opportunity to strengthen manufacturing performance, lead transformation initiatives, and guide high‑performing teams across production, logistics, purchasing, industrial engineering, maintenance and planning.
Responsibilities- lead operations: drive strategic management of on‑site production and ensure smooth coordination across all segments,
- ensure operational excellence: optimize key processes to improve stability, quality, and cost performance,
- manage transitions: oversee production transfers from global sites into Poland, ensuring efficient integration,
- promote continuous improvement: implement lean methodologies and drive improvement initiatives across all functions,
- collaborate globally
: work closely with Manufacturing, Engineering, Quality, and Supply Chain teams to align plant‑level improvements with corporate objectives, - build a performance culture: establish data‑driven routines and operating systems that empower teams and deliver measurable results,
- take ownership of results
: manage budgets, CAPEX projects, and productivity targets while achieving cost, quality, and growth objectives.
- master’s degree in Mechanical, Industrial, or Electrical Engineering (or equivalent),
- 5+ years of senior leadership experience in plant management,
- strong background in manufacturing; additional expertise in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, or Quality is a plus,
- entrepreneurial mindset: decisive, structured, and skilled at managing complexity,
- exceptional communication and organizational skills with a hands‑on approach,
- proven ability to manage financial operations and budgets effectively,
- demonstrated leadership excellence and advanced analytical skills,
