Plant Director

We are looking for an experienced Plant Director to lead our Polish operations. This is a unique opportunity to strengthen manufacturing performance, lead transformation initiatives, and guide high‑performing teams across production, logistics, purchasing, industrial engineering, maintenance and planning.

• lead operations: drive strategic management of on‑site production and ensure smooth coordination across all segments,
• ensure operational excellence: optimize key processes to improve stability, quality, and cost performance,
• manage transitions: oversee production transfers from global sites into Poland, ensuring efficient integration,
• promote continuous improvement: implement lean methodologies and drive improvement initiatives across all functions,
• collaborate globally
  : work closely with Manufacturing, Engineering, Quality, and Supply Chain teams to align plant‑level improvements with corporate objectives,
• build a performance culture: establish data‑driven routines and operating systems that empower teams and deliver measurable results,
• take ownership of results
  : manage budgets, CAPEX projects, and productivity targets while achieving cost, quality, and growth objectives.

• master’s degree in Mechanical, Industrial, or Electrical Engineering (or equivalent),
• 5+ years of senior leadership experience in plant management,
• strong background in manufacturing; additional expertise in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, or Quality is a plus,
