As a professional IoT technology developer and cellular module supplier, Quectel provides one‑stop services for IoT cellular modules.
Responsibilities- Provide technical support for Quectel's WiFi/Bluetooth products.
- Respond quickly to customers across Europe and help resolve software/hardware issues.
- Travel for on‑site support as required.
- Offer feasible solutions based on customers’ application requirements.
- Analyze and troubleshoot technical problems raised by customers.
- Experience with embedded software and hardware.
- Knowledge of WiFi/BT protocols and applications.
- Experience with WiFi/BT stacks.
- Programming experience in embedded Linux and RTOS.
- Knowledge of interfaces such as UART, SDIO, PCIe.
- Proficiency in programming languages (C, C++, Shell, Python).
