• an assistant professor in the research and teaching group (male/female);
• discipline: management and quality or agriculture and horticulture;
• at the Faculty of Social Sciences (Institute of Management and Quality Sciences).

Skills/Qualifications

Candidates applying for the above position should meet the requirements set forth in Article 20(1) points 1-3 and Article 113 points 1 and 2 of the Law of July 20, 2018 - Law of Higher Education and Sciences and:

• hold the degree of doctor of social sciences in the discipline of management and quality sciences or agricultures sciences in the discipline of agriculture and horticulture;
• have a scientific achievements in the field of management, agricultures sciences and sustainable development in accordance with the Regulation of the Ministry of Science and Higher Education of 22.02.2019 on the evaluation of the quality of scientific activity;
• have experience in applying for research grants and participating in research projects;
• have teaching experience;
• be fluent in Polish and English to the extent that allows them to conduct academic classes.

Ad additional advantage of the candidate will be:

• organizational experience in working in research teams;
• experience in the organization of conferences and international cooperation;
• knowledge of another foreign language;
• ability to work in a team;
• availability.

• A clause expressing consent to the processing of personal data for the purposes of the recruitment process.
• A statement that, in the event of employment, University of Siedlce will be the primary workplace.
