RECTOR of The I.J. Paderewski Academy of Music in Poznań, Poland, announces an open competition for the post of Assistant of the Academy of Music in the field of Art, in the specialisation of Solo Singing at the Institute of Vocal Studies in the Faculty of Composition, Conducting, Vocal Studies, Music Theory and Artistic Education.

Skills/Qualifications
1. fulfill the criteria set forth in Article 113 of the Act of 20 July 2018 on Higher Education and Science (Journal of Laws of 2018, item 1668; hereinafter referred to as “the Act”)
2. hold a Master of Arts degree in Solo Singing
3. hold a doctoral degree in Musical Arts in the artistic discipline of Solo Singing
4. declare that the Ignacy Jan Paderewski Academy of Music in Poznań will be their primary place of employment
5. boast significant artistic achievements
6. are fluent in written and spoken Polish language.
Specific Requirements
Candidates are requested to submit the following documents to the Office of the Institute of Vocal Studies, room D 217 tel. :
- Personal Data Form
- CV
- Diploma of higher education with a Master of Arts degree in Solo Singing
- Diploma of obtaining a doctoral degree in the artistic discipline of Vocal Studies (currently Musical Arts);
- Information on academic, artistic and teaching achievements and knowledge of foreign languages
- Statement of Legal Compliance confirming fulfilment of the requirements specified in Article 113(1) of the Act, including the conditions set forth in Article 20(1), points 1–3 (full legal capacity, public rights, no criminal record for intentional offenses or fiscal crimes)
- Declaration of Primary Employment stating that the I.J. Paderewski Academy of Music in Poznań will be the Candidate’s primary place of employment pursuant to Article 120(2) of the Act.

The competition consists of the following elements:
An interview combined with assessment of the submitted documentation of the Candidate's artistic achievements.
The Academy reserves the right to reject an application without stating the reason.
The deadline for submission of applications is 19th January 2026.
The competition results will be announced no later than 31st January 2026.
Candidates will be notified by email about the date of the practical exam.
