• Handle customer inquiries regarding the digital marketing platform via phone, email, and chat in Dutch
• Provide guidance to clients on using the platform features and tools effectively
• Assist with troubleshooting issues and resolving customer concerns promptly
• Offer insights and best practices to help clients maximize their marketing campaigns
• Document customer interactions accurately and maintain updated records in the CRM system
• Collaborate with marketing and technical teams to enhance the service experience
• Stay informed about the latest trends in digital marketing to provide relevant support

• Fluency in Dutch (both written and spoken) is essential; proficiency in English is a plus
• Experience in customer service, preferably in the digital marketing or technology sector
