Position: German Speaking Customer Service Travel & Hospitality Company - Work in Greece

Mercier Consultancy MD is thrilled to present an exciting opportunity for German Speaking Customer Service Representatives in the Travel & Hospitality sector, with the unique chance to work in beautiful Greece. This role is perfect for individuals who are passionate about travel and hospitality, and who enjoy helping customers create memorable experiences. As a member of our team, you will assist clients by addressing their inquiries and providing exceptional service in German.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage customer inquiries related to travel bookings, accommodations, and services via phone, email, and chat in German
  • Provide information on travel destinations, itineraries, and hospitality offerings
  • Assist customers with booking processes, changes, and cancellations professionally
  • Resolve any issues or complaints with a focus on delivering high-quality customer satisfaction
  • Document all interactions and maintain accurate records in the CRM system for follow-up purposes
  • Collaborate with teams across the organization to ensure seamless service delivery
  • Stay current with travel trends and destination highlights to provide accurate recommendations and advice
Requirements
  • Fluency in German (both written and spoken) is essential; proficiency in English or Greek is a plus
  • Previous experience in customer service, preferably in the travel or hospitality industry
  • Strong communication skills with an enthusiastic approach to customer engagement
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, capable of handling various customer scenarios
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities
  • Familiarity with CRM software and online booking systems is desirable
  • Willingness to relocate and work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed
