• Provide exceptional customer support in German for inquiries related to digital payment solutions via multiple channels including phone, email, and chat
• Help customers understand our products, resolve payment issues, and ensure a seamless payment experience
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address customer inquiries effectively and enhance service delivery
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system
• Gather customer feedback to identify trends and suggest improvements in processes and services
• Stay up-to-date with digital payment technologies and industry trends to inform customers appropriately

• Fluency in German (both written and spoken) is required; proficiency in English is a plus
• Experience in customer support, particularly in the financial or digital payments sector, is highly desirable
• Excellent communication skills with a strong focus on customer satisfaction
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail
• Familiarity with CRM tools and digital payment platforms will be advantageous
