Mercier Consultancy MD is thrilled to announce an exciting opportunity for Polish Speaking Customer Service Representatives for a leading Ride-Sharing Platform, with work based in beautiful Greece. This role is perfect for individuals who are passionate about mobility solutions and customer service. You will assist customers in Polish, helping them navigate our platform, manage rides, and ensure a seamless experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Handle customer inquiries regarding ride-sharing services, driver availability, and account management through phone, email, and live chat in Polish
  • Provide accurate information on service features, pricing, safety protocols, and promotions
  • Troubleshoot issues related to ride requests, payments, and user accounts
  • Manage customer complaints with empathy and professionalism, ensuring satisfaction
  • Document all interactions in the CRM system for tracking and quality assurance
  • Collaborate with internal teams to enhance customer service processes and improve user experience
  • Stay updated on industry trends, service updates, and company policies to assist customers effectively
Requirements
  • Fluency in Polish (both written and spoken) is essential; knowledge of English is advantageous
  • Prior experience in customer service related to technology or transportation services is preferred
  • Excellent communication skills, coupled with a customer‑centric approach
  • Strong problem‑solving skills and the ability to work independently
  • Capable of managing multiple tasks and inquiries in a fast‑paced environment
  • Proficiency in using customer service software and CRM tools
  • Willing to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, to meet business needs
