Location: Town of Poland
Qualifications
- Call center experience at least 1 year
- Medical office experience at least 1 year
- ECW experience at least 6 months
- Be a fast typer, at least 60 words per minute
- Access to great internet
- Patient, quick, smart, kind, responsive
- Spanish speaker
- Answer calls, schedule appointments, take and send messages, reschedule appointments
- Confirm appointments, look up authorizations
- Fax, email
Hours:
Monday – Friday 7:45 AM to 5 PM. We can do 30 or 45 minute lunch.
The expectation will be to answer 80-110 calls a day; the gap is the most flexible we can be.
