Key Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably within the market.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to remain calm under pressure.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in using customer service software (e.g., CRM systems, live chat tools).
  • A positive, can-do attitude with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  • Ability to work flexibly, including shifts, weekends, or evenings if required.
  • Knowledge of the market and cultural understanding is a plus.
