We are a team of educators and artists creating video-first lessons, which we aim to make academically simple and relevant, as well as visually engaging and beautiful.

Role

Summary:

Our video lessons have Worksheets that students use to follow along. In this role, you will design these Worksheets to make them more engaging and beautiful.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Create Worksheet templates and style guides to enhance, respectively, the visual quality of our videos and the visual consistency of our Worksheets.
  • Create Worksheets for our video lessons that are beautiful, well-organized, and consistent – based on principles (visual and instructional design) and style guides.
  • Modify and stylize various educational assets (charts, diagrams, tables, maps, etc) in order to best integrate them into our Worksheets.
Must-Have

Qualifications:
  • 2+ years of experience in graphic design.
  • Proficiency with publishing tools including InDesign, Illustrator, and Microsoft Word.
  • High attention to detail, high visual creativity, and strong sense of visual style.
  • Dependable Team player with strong communication skills.
Bonus:
  • Experience in page composition for print and screens, or in educational content.
  • Hungry to learn:
    Growth mindset; coachable; independent and fast learner.
  • Experience in complex workflows; strong skills in organizing and documenting work.
Location

Remote.

Schedule

Full-time (40 hours/week) preferred; part-time (30 hours/week) minimum.
