• Edit fast-paced, thumb-stopping Tik Toks and Reels for major brands and creators
• Apply viral editing principles: strong hooks, meme integration, visual storytelling, retention tricks
• Work with our creative team on concepts, pacing, storytelling angles, and punchlines
• Adapt footage across platforms, repurpose content, and keep things fresh
• Push boundaries — with style, sound, timing, and ideas

• A portfolio that slaps — we want to see edits that made people stop scrolling
• Fluency in the language of Tik Tok, IG Reels, and You Tube Shorts
• Comfort working with raw footage and building from scratch
• Skills in Adobe Premiere, Cap Cut, After Effects, or similar — whatever makes you fast and deadly
• Speed, reliability, and a creative POV
• Bonus points if you’ve worked with creator-led brands or influencer content
