Cost Engineer Construction

The Cost Engineer for Construction will be responsible for planning maintenance projects and overseeing their progress from start to finish in a timely and cost-effective manner. As a project coordinator, you will collaborate closely with various vendors to ensure smooth execution and keep high levels of customer satisfaction.

• Planning, tendering, cost summary, and project reporting.
• Develop and monitor the project schedule and overall productivity.
• Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients, consultants, and subcontractors.
• Manage all contract and change order costs, including negotiating, processing, and assessing impacts.
• Provide regular performance status reports regarding cost forecasts, schedule, and safety.
• Maintain a detailed project budget & schedule to ensure accurate project execution.
• Deliver project status reporting updates against project milestones and financial targets.
• Team member perspective.

• Knowledge and experience in project management techniques and tools in residential development and construction.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Strong and effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong documentation and organization skills.
• Strong computer skills.
