Merchandise & Physical Products Manager

We are looking for a Merchandise & Physical Products Manager who will take ownership of branded products, logistics, and partnerships — and help scale this direction into a profitable business line.

• Manage end-to-end merchandise operations: production, inventory, logistics, delivery
• Launch new merchandise formats: branded items, VIP gifts, event products, limited editions
• Work with suppliers, warehouses, and logistics partners (including international)
• Collaborate with product, UX, and marketing teams to improve user experience
• Own pricing, margins, and overall profitability of the merchandise direction

• Experience in merchandise, e-commerce, or physical product operations
• Strong organizational and operational skills
• Experience working with suppliers and logistics partners
• Business mindset with focus on margins and scalability
• Ability to take ownership and build processes from scratch
