• ✅ Stay updated with industry trends and market insights to enhance business strategies.

• ✔️ Minimum 1 year of experience in business development within a recruitment consultancy

• ✔️ Strong understanding of the hiring & staffing industry.
• ✔️ Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills

• ✔️ Ability to work independently and achieve targets in a remote setup.
• ✔️ Proficiency in Linked In, email outreach, and cold calling

• ✔️ Self-motivated, result-driven, and comfortable with B2B sales
