To strengthen our growing Business Unit Food in Warsaw, we are looking for a Sales & Product Manager – someone who combines a passion for food innovation with strong commercial drive and a proactive, entrepreneurial mindset.

Your mission

In this role, you’ll take ownership of developing and growing our Food business in Poland. You’ll work closely with customers and suppliers, identify opportunities, and turn them into successful, long-term partnerships.

Your responsibilities:
  • Develop and expand business with existing customers while identifying and acquiring new ones.
  • Analyze your markets, define growth strategies, and translate them into concrete actions.
  • Use your food technology expertise to create innovative concepts and winning projects.
  • Manage your product portfolio, acting as the key contact for your suppliers and conducting purchasing negotiations.
  • Build strong relationships across the industry and stay ahead of market trends, competitors, and emerging opportunities.
  • Represent the company at fairs, events, webinars, and industry meetings.

Requirements
  • A successful track record in sales and product management within the sector of raw materials for the food industry.
  • Strong understanding of the Polish food market and ideally a network within the industry.
  • Experience with European market connections is a plus.
  • Educational background in food technology (Bachelor’s or Master’s degree preferred).
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship‑building skills.
  • Dynamic, motivated, and entrepreneurial personality with a “can‑do” attitude.
  • High level of self‑responsibility and independence.
  • Fluent in Polish and English (German or other languages are a plus).
  • Confident use of MS Office applications.
  • Country of residence:
