We are looking for a Business Development Manager to accelerate the commercial and strategic development of our Advanced Wound Management Business Unit across Eastern Europe. This role combines business development expertise with strong market execution, shaping markets and driving growth in a dynamic, fast‑paced environment.

You will lead portfolio activation and launch readiness, support annual business planning, forecasting and pricing strategies, track performance, recommend improvements for market penetration, build strong relationships with key customers, KOLs and distributors, and work cross‑functionally with Country Managers, Product Managers and internal teams such as clinical, regulatory and supply chain.

Qualifications
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in business development, marketing or strategic commercial roles in Med Tech, ideally in Advanced Wound Management or related categories.
  • Proven experience working across multiple countries and distributor‑driven markets, with a strong marketing mindset and ability to turn strategy into execution.
  • Excellent analytical, communication and stakeholder management skills, project ownership and adaptability in a fast‑changing environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or Engineering (an international MBA highly desirable), fluent English and willingness to travel up to 50%.
Benefits

Generous annual bonus, life insurance, share options, flexible vacation, paid holidays, paid volunteering hours, private health and dental plans, multisport card, hybrid working model, mentorship and training support.

You. Unlimited.
