Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Business Development Representative with a proven track record in the staffing and recruiting industry. This role is responsible for developing new client relationships, driving business growth, and managing client accounts throughout the recruiting process. The ideal candidate will have a hunter mentality, strong communication skills, and the ability to build and maintain long‑term partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Proactively identify and secure new business opportunities nationwide within the construction/AEC and manufacturing sectors.
  • Develop and execute strategic outreach plans, including cold calling, Linked In networking, and messaging campaigns.
  • Build strong client partnerships by understanding recruiting needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Negotiate client agreements and manage accounts through the full recruiting cycle.
  • Oversee candidate submissions and provide client updates throughout interview processes.
  • Conduct briefings and debriefings with clients to ensure successful placements and ongoing satisfaction.
  • Maintain a high standard of customer service and professionalism in all interactions.
Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 2 years of business development experience in a staffing or recruiting agency environment.
  • Demonstrated success in generating new business through cold calling, Linked In outreach, and other direct methods.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.
  • Self‑motivated and results‑driven with the ability to work independently.
  • Familiarity with construction/AEC and manufacturing industries preferred but not required.

Open to Candidates based in the U.S (Remote)
