Job Title: Senior Channel Manager
Responsibilities- Build multi-level strategic relationships and awareness with the channel partners and end user customers as appropriate.
- Business Acumen - Understand and explains how solutions can help customer's business results; obtains profitable revenue growth via value proposition vs. competition.
- Managing Execution – strategic account planning & prioritising work to meet commitments aligned to goals, including key-stake holder engagement.
- Coordinate and host effective meetings with partners with clear purpose and measurable outcomes.
- Ensure the channel partners are fully trained and positioned across the product & solution portfolio.
- Provides support for global, multi-national and key accounts as appropriate, in co-operation with channel partners and the respective sales organizations.
- Understands policies and practices related to role and shares ideas for improvement.
- Provide feedback into the various business units, to ensure the market engagement and direction is aligned to the market requirements.
We are looking for a Channel Champion - self-starting, curious and possess a growth mind-set to be open to change & innovation to drive current and prospective channel partnerships in line with the companies global and regional strategy.
Someone who is a leader in their craft that wants the opportunity to drive change at a strategic level. This will be a high-profile sales role and they will be expected to manage senior stakeholders as a result.
Key Skills and Competencies- Anticipating and balancing the needs of multiple stakeholders. Being able to identify future possibilities and translating them into breakthrough strategies.
- Taking on new opportunities and tough challenges with a sense of urgency, high energy, and enthusiasm. Along with planning and prioritising work aligned against organisational goals and self-accountability to meet commitments.
- Building partnerships and working collaboratively with others to meet shared objectives and using compelling arguments to gain the support and commitment of others.
- Painting a compelling picture of the vision and strategy that motivate others to action
- Gaining the confidence and trust of others through honesty, integrity, and authenticity.
- Adapting approach and behaviour in real time to match the shifting demands of different situations. This role will include managing varied stakeholders; both partners and end-customers thus there is a need to be adaptable and tailor support accordingly.
