Cluster Revenue Manager; Hotel

About the Role

We are seeking a strategic, analytical, and detail-oriented Hotel Revenue Manager to oversee revenue optimization and pricing strategy across our hotel portfolio. The ideal candidate will have strong experience with Opera PMS, Apollo
, and advanced revenue management techniques to maximize profitability and occupancy while maintaining brand positioning and competitive edge.

• Develop and execute dynamic pricing, distribution, and inventory management strategies to maximize RevPAR and GOP.
• Analyze market trends, booking patterns, and competitor performance to identify opportunities for growth.
• Prepare detailed forecasting and performance reports using data from PMS, channel managers, and OTAs.
• Manage and optimize distribution channels (OTAs, brand websites, GDS) to ensure rate parity and maximize online visibility.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, and operations teams to align pricing with promotions and business goals.
• Implement yield management tactics and revenue optimization strategies based on market demand and historical performance.
• Monitor and adjust rate strategies in real time across all online platforms.
• Drive performance through KPI tracking including ADR, RevPAR, Occupancy, and GOPPAR.
• Present weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights for leadership.

Education & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field

• 3+ years of proven experience as a Revenue Manager or in hotel revenue management (multi-property experience preferred).
• Strong command over Opera PMS and Apollo systems

• Advanced skills in Excel, BI tools, and data analytics platforms
  .
• Deep understanding of distribution channels, rate parity, and OTA management
  .
• Knowledge of forecasting models, market segmentation, and yield management principles
  .
