Once you join our Team, you will be responsible for:

  • Championing Product Discovery: driving the identification of deep customer needs and validating hypotheses through rigorous research, data analysis, and experimentation.
  • Defining the Path to Success: owning the product tactics, goals, and success metrics—ensuring the team is aligned around a shared strategy with measurable business outcomes.

  • Driving High-Quality Delivery: supporting seamless implementation, tracking outcomes, and relentlessly iterating based on feedback to ensure excellence.
Culture & Hands-On Impact
  • Instilling a Product Mindset: fostering a culture that is outcome-driven, user-centered, and data-informed—creating a team that learns continuously and delivers consistent customer value.
  • Getting Hands-On: connecting directly with the physical reality of our product by utilizing hand tools (like screwdrivers or drills) to work with prototypes when needed.
  • Broadening Horizons: engaging in business travel to stay connected with partners, markets, and emerging trends.
