Inside Sales Specialist (Apple AW / AP / Accessories)
Role OverviewThis is a key role to strategically develop the assigned Line of Business (LoB) within Apple product line, aligning long-term objectives and short-term targets. The selected professional will belong to the Central team and report to the Leading Business Development Manager (BDM). He/she will work out, present, and execute the assigned business plan and target. Such a plan should smartly combine strategic thinking (market component, commercial terms, channel structure, etc.)
and tactical actions allowing us to balance revenue and profit.
- In collaboration with the Leading BDM elaborate and get approved a 3‑years strategic plan for the assigned LoB, which should include (though not limited to) channel component, pricing strategy, assortment of the products, natural synergies with other Lo Bs
- Engage with the local entities and colleagues to cascade the plan for execution, monitor and adjust timely with constant focus on target achievement
- Make sure the KPIs for the local teams are tailored to ensure the plan execution, made clear to them. Closely monitor the execution of the incentive scheme
- Smartly drive purchases from the Vendor making sure the company gets all the products needed, in the right assortment and time. Ensure products target rotation KPIs to avoid old stock at Company’s warehouses
- Liaise with operations department to ensure accurate and timely shipments, smooth transits to the locations, including channel partners
- Engage with the local entities and colleagues, making sure they are equipped, trained, and motivated to drive the LoBs. Proactively suggest, if necessary, get approval and drive organizational changes
- Initiate engagement with Sell Out Support teams (Channel Management, Affordability and Marketing), as well as utilizing company’s CRM (IT4
Profit) infrastructure, to ensure the right placement and assortment at all times at the PoS and online. Meaningful and cost‑effective offers are available and visible in-store and online - Successfully drive Vendor engagement for the assigned LoB, including both commercial and operational teams
- Seasoned professional with strong acumen of Product Management (consumer electronics, pharmaceutical, FMCG segments preferred, but not limited to)
- Experienced senior BDM/KAM/SM with a clear business focus, accustomed to think strategically and execute in accordance
- Able to effectively communicate and align cross‑functional team to reach the target
- Solid analytical skills and hands‑on approach
- Advanced MS Excel user is mandatory (Pivot tables, big reports), knowledge of Apple Key Note, Numbers, Pages will be advantage
- 3/5 years relevant experience
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- English at business level proficiency is a must
- Russian language is a must
