WHAT YOU LL BE WORKING ON
- Assisting the merchants at all stages of cooperation
- Processing of the onboarding of new clients, including control of the compliance process, and legal and commercial negotiations with the merchants
- Introduction of company’s acquiring services to the merchants, preparation of presentations for sales process
- Maintaining long-term business relationships and daily communication with merchants
- To be a single entry point for any requests of our key customers and provide high-level customer service and prompt resolution of any issues that a client may have
- Carrying out actions (such as approval rate control, upsell, traffic analytics, etc.) in relation to merchants in order to maintain and increase the company’s earnings on a daily basis
- Planning each client’s development strategy in order to increase the client’s involvement in the company’s earnings increase.
- 2+ years of experience in Client Success or Business Development roles
- Mandatory experience working with merchants in the e-commerce sector
- Willingness and ability to learn quickly in a dynamic environment
- High sense of responsibility and ownership
- Strong communication skills, including daily cross-team collaboration
- Excellent written and spoken English (B2 or higher) and fluent russian
