Role:Sales Director for Tenachem (Soudal Group) Responsibilities
- Development and implementation of a comprehensive sales strategy aligned with the company's growth objectives
- Strengthening relationships with existing customers while actively pursuing new client accounts to expand the company’s market share.
- Leading and motivating the sales team through effective guidance and coaching, fostering a collaborative and achievement-focused culture
- Leading high‑level negotiations with key customers
- To participate and lead product portfolio development and improvement with product management team
- Ensure and execute high quality technical and commercial service for customers
- Represent company in international events
- Area of responsibility – mainly Europe
- Readiness to travel (~50% of worktime)
- Fluency in English (knowledge of other European languages is a plus)
- Strategic thinking with a hands‑on approach
- Experience in IGU sector (insulating glass units), machinery sector for glass industry, window production sector, IGU sealant segment or similar
- Good managerial and organizational skills to be able to manage remote teams
