• Analyzebusiness requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Conduct data analysis to support decision-making and solution design.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver scalable solutions.
• Ensure effective communication and collaboration within the team and with stakeholders.
• Monitor andoptimizeapplication performance, security, and cost-effectiveness.
• Strong analytical skills, including data analysis and problem-solving
• Expertise in solution design and translating business needs into technical specifications
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills at various levels of seniority
• Experience in the Insurance domainis necessary
• Ability to work effectively in Agile environments
• Knowledge of Dev Ops practices and CI/CD tools (nice to have)
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Very good English skills

• Full-time job agreement based on b2band employment contract
