Reporting to commercial leadership, you will be pivotal in shaping business development strategies, influencing large-scale bids, and cementing long-term customer partnerships in a competitive and dynamic industry. This is a unique chance to contribute at the heart of Europe's defense innovation ecosystem delivering mission-critical electronic systems that support national security.
Key Responsibilities- Own and execute the strategicooker growth agenda within Poland.
- Engage and influence C-Level executives at leading defence primes and government stakeholders to uncover and secure significant new business opportunities.
- Proactively hunt and develop new business aligned with both regional and global strategic priorities-this role emphasizes new customer acquisition over traditional account farming.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, program management, and operations teams to tailor solutions and successfully win complex, high-value bids.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive strategic account plans, pipelines, and pursuit strategies to manage both short and long sales cycles.
- Serve as the internal customer advocate, delivering feedback to refine goto-market approaches, product positioning, and regional business priorities.
- Navigate complex procurement processes, including compliance with offset requirements and defense regulations, to unlock and feugiat growth.
- A high-energy, seasoned business development leader with a fusion of commercial acumen, technical credibility, and proven success selling complex technologies within large, matrixed defence organizations.
- Demonstrated success in senior business development, strategic account management, or sales leadership roles within defence, aerospace, or high-reliability technology sectors.
- Established, deep relationships within key European defence primes.
- Fluency in English required; proficiency in French, German, Spanish highly advantageous.
- Strong insight into aerospace/defence procurement, national security priorities, and innovation in mission‑critical technologies.
- Ability to work independently and with agility in a global matrixed organization.
- Gravitas and credibility to represent sophisticated technology solutions at senior military, government, and industry forums.
- A "hunter" mindset: self‑driven, resilient, and energized by building new business from the ground up.
- Willingness to travel regularly.
